CTS Commitment to Systems Excellence and Total Quality
The goal of CTS is to
provide products and services that meet customer needs and exceed
expectations. The Company is committed to total customer satisfaction
through excellence in delivery, value, product quality and
service.
CTS is dedicated to continually improving
all systems that affect customer satisfaction, and has endorsed
the elements of MRP II throughout the
Corporation. Every manufacturing operation has received
extensive MRP II training; five have been certified by Oliver
Wight Associates as having achieved Class A MRP II certification; 15 have been awarded
certification to ISO 9001, QS-9000, ISO/TS 16949, and/or ISO 14001.
To pursue even higher levels of customer
satisfaction, CTS continually audits, reviews and improves its
systems, benchmarking against "best in class"
systems. Further, CTS regularly solicits input from customers so that
their needs and expectations can be better addressed and served.
