Sales and marketing to OEMs for both business segments is accomplished
through CTS’ internal sales engineers, independent
manufacturers’ representatives and distributors. CTS maintains sales offices
in China, Japan, Scotland, Singapore, Taiwan, India and the United States.
CTS sales engineers work closely with customers in
designing and developing application-specific products to meet unique customer requirements.
For both if its business segments, CTS utilizes the services of independent manufacturers’ representatives in the
United States and other countries for customers not serviced directly by our

Business Segment uses independent distributors for sales of component and sensor
products to customers that require less application-specific components.
