Moorpark Capabilities
The EMS facility in Moorpark primarily services
customers in highly regulated markets such as aerospace, defense, homeland
security and medical equipment. The facility provides medium to ultra-high
complexity printed circuit board assembly, box build and full system
configuration. It also offers high-end services such as Class 10K clean room,
wire harness assembly, parylene conformal coating and micro electronics
assembly.
Highly skilled program and engineering teams
support customers throughout the product lifecycle, including
development and pre-production stages. Our niche market expertise also
means that we can assist our customers with documentation and controls
required by highly regulated market sectors.
NPI Services and EMS Express™
The facility also provides new product
introduction and rapid prototyping services, called EMS Express ™, which
supports customers in all market sectors with their quick turn needs,
utilizing a dedicated prototype line, capital equipment and resources to
accommodate SMT and thru-hole assembly of PCBAs, as well as flying probe
test, x-ray inspection and automated optical inspection (AOI).
Design Center of Excellence
Moorpark is home to one of CTS’ two Design
