401K Savings Plan
This is a pre-tax savings plan designed to
supplement your retirement in the most flexible and tax advantaged way
possible. As a participant, you may contribute from 1% to 35%* of your
pre-tax income. CTS will match your contribution through the first 3% of pay at a rate of 100% and at the rate of 50% for the next 2% of your pay. You select the investments for both your
contributions as well as the Company’s Matching Contribution.

CTS provides paid vacation based on the number of
years of service with the company.
CTS offers paid time off for holidays observed each year.
Leave of Absence
CTS’ Leave of Absence policy provides for time away from work when
necessary for medical, personal, or military purposes.
CTS supports its employees in their pursuit of continued education.
Courses relative to your position in the company will be eligible for
reimbursement. CTS will reimburse 90% of tuition and books and most
fees for courses leading to a degree or certification program that
supports a career at CTS.
