Elkhart, IN…CTS Corporation (NYSE:CTS), reported today that it is not the CTS
Corporation identified as having been acquired by Agilysys, Inc. As stated in
the Agilysys press release, “The CTS Corporations” acquired was a privately held
company based in Roswell, Georgia.
