CTS Corporation Receives the “Singapore 1000” Award
Elkhart, IN…CTS Corporation (NYSE: CTS) today announced its Singapore business
was named as the winner of the Singapore 1000 award for Highest Sales Growth in
the manufacturing industry category. The award was based on CTS Singapore
achieving significant revenue growth for the period between July 1, 2004 and
June 30, 2005.
Mr. Mah Bow Tan, Minister for Singapore
National Development, presented CTS Singapore with the award at the 19th annual
award ceremony on January 18, 2006. The Singapore 1000 awards are
conveyed to the best performing companies across a range of markets strategic to
the Singapore economy, including; communications, transport, storage, finance,
hospitality, manufacturing, retail, services and wholesale.
Started in 1986, the awards are the
nation’s most well respected annual corporate accolade – conferred to deserving
companies who had distinguished themselves through outstanding financial
performance in the areas of sales/turnover, net profit and other financial
indicators. It is ranked by leading credit and business information bureau, DP
Information Group: co-produced by Ernst & Young and supported by IE Singapore,
SPRING Singapore and the Business Times.
