CTS Corporation Names Mohan Mahadevan As Vice President, Strategic
Planning and Business Process Improvements


 

Elkhart, IN…CTS Corporation (NYSE: CTS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mohan Mahadevan as Vice President, Strategic Planning and Business Process Improvements reporting to Vinod M. Khilnani, CEO and President.  In his new role, Mohan will work closely with the CTS leadership team to develop and implement growth initiatives across the Company.  In addition, Mohan will work with the business units to deploy a process improvement initiative, covering Lean, Six Sigma and other methodologies.  

Mohan joins CTS with 20 years of experience, covering engineering, finance and operations in leading industrial and technology companies.  Most recently, Mohan worked for EMC Corporation, as Program Management Director, Lean Six Sigma, leading the deployment of Lean Six Sigma in EMC’s Storage Division.  Prior to working at EMC, Mohan worked for Textron, Inc for 5 years, where, in addition to other roles, held positions of Vice President, Strategy & Business Development for Textron Industrial Products and Vice President, Product Management for Greenlee Textron.  Mohan also worked for Cummins, Inc in a variety of financial roles and started his career as an engineer in the automotive industry, specializing in computer-based design techniques.  Mohan is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Mohan holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, a Master’s of Engineering in Engineering Mechanics from Iowa State University and a Bachelor of Technology, Mechanical Engineering, from the Indian Institute of Technology. 

Mohan and his family will be relocating from their home in Rhode Island to the Bloomingdale, Illinois area, where he will be based.
