Environmental, Health, and Safety

Ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees is critical to creating a work environment that demonstrates the value we place in our employees and reinforces positive morale.

We measure the success of our EH&S programs by using the following key objectives:

  • Managing EHS risk and performance effectively, and actively seeking and acting upon meaningful opportunities to eliminate hazards and improve our EHS performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable EHS regulations and obligations within the areas where we operate.
  • Educating, training, and motivating CTS employees to work in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
  • Continually working to improve our management systems, processes, and products to mitigate our environmental impacts and hazards and improve our EHS performance.

  • Striving to involve personnel at every level within the organization in our EHS management system.
