9 mm Universal Footprint X Band BPF

The MTB0870A bandpass filter is a high-performance monoblock bandpass filter with a passband of 8.50 - 8.90 GHz. The MTB0870A can handle 33 dBm average / 43 dBm peak input power, which makes the part ideal suitable for both transmit and receive path filtering. The MTB-MXB family from CTS has been optimized for use in X-Band from 6.0 - 12.0 GHz, which is significantly higher than conventional ceramic dielectric filters. Utilizing five (MTB) or six (MXB) resonators, the MTB-MXB family retains the same footprint to enable system developers to maintain the same PCB layout accross multiple platforms. While the MTB-MXB family is highly innovative, the construction is similar to conventional monoblock filters and doesn't require exotic materials or processing to attain the specified performance. The high peak to average ratio power handling makes the MTB-MXB family suitable for both linear satellite communications and short or long pulsed radar applications.
