We produce the highest frequency temperature compensated crystal oscillators (TCXOs) available in the industry. With superior phase noise and low current consumption, our TCXOs enable customers to achieve the highest performance for innovative designs.

 

 

Features

  • Ultra-low phase noise and jitter – -140dBc/Hz @ 1kHz, <200fs RMS
  • Stratum 3 performance; ±4.6ppm overall, ±0.28ppm over -40°C to +85°C
  • Output types – Clipped Sinewave, HCMOS, Sinewave & LVPECL
  • High frequency options available – to 1,000MHz
  • Frequency compensation

– Temperature compensation standard

– Optional Voltage Control pin [VCTCXO]

  • Low cost small package footprints – to 2.5mm x 2.0mm size
  • Real Time clock reference @ 32.768kHz
