What are your main responsibilities in your role?
Support and coordinate the CTS Cares initiatives and help with the corporate functions with general HR programs and processes.

What do you enjoy most about working at CTS?
The opportunity to work on various projects and work with different teams within the organization.

Which value of CTS do you identify most with?
Solution-Oriented – I like how CTS values curiosity and the action to explore innovative ideas to create efficient business processes.

 

 

Olivia Rodriguez

Title: Plant Manager

What are your main responsibilities in your role?
My main responsibility is to ensure we are delivering quality products (Single Crystal) to our customers, that meet their specifications, on time.  

What do you enjoy most about working at CTS?
The thing I like the most is working with the Single Crystal team. They are both good people and co-workers

Which value of CTS do you identify most with? 
I identify most with Solution Oriented. I thrive on solving problems not only for our customers but also for our business. The problem-solving process is what allows me to learn something new and keeps me curious.  

 

 

Nathan Cho

Title: Controller

What are your main responsibilities in your role?
Partner with the General Manager and other functional teams to create strategies, policies, and programs that improve and drive the business unit’s strategic and operational performance, including revenue growth and improvements in operating earnings and cash flow.

What do you enjoy most about working at CTS?
Work for the businesses, not just the numbers. I have learned a lot of interesting things here.

Which value of CTS do you identify most with?
Play to Win. CTS has been very successful in terms of financial results and is expanding its footprint in ESG areas.
