PTC MIL-PRF-23648/9
RTH22 MIL-PRF-23648/9 specified precision PTC Thermistor meets or exceeds all of the requirements of MIL-PRF-23648. It is certified by the Defense Logistics Agency, Qualified Products List QPL-23648. These thermistors are plastic molded, axial leaded parts with a body length of 0.421 inches and a diameter of 0.155 inches; a commercial version is also available. These high-reliability, military grade PTC precision thermistors are suitable for critical applications where temperature control/compensation is required.
