President, CEO, and Chairman of CTS Corporation
On behalf of CTS Corporation, we are proud to share our first Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report. As described in this report, we strive to operate our business with the highest ethical standards and in a manner that mitigates our impact on the environment, maintains a safe and healthy workplace for our employees, utilizes good governance practices and, ultimately, demonstrates our value as a trusted partner. Our ESG position is rooted not only in our practices and policies but also in our development and supply of innovative products.
We are proud of the role we play in developing and supplying our customers with components and applications used in innovative products that help enhance peoples’ lives and ensure a more sustainable future.
Non-Invasive Diagnostics
Our advanced piezoelectric ceramic materials are used in a variety of medical ultrasound and imaging equipment. This technology enables less invasive health diagnostics leading to short recovery and minimal scarring.
Electric Vehicles (EV)
As the demand for electric vehicles continues to increase, manufacturers are challenged with designing vehicles that maintain performance expectations with as minimal a footprint as possible. We collaborate directly with OEMs to provide pedals and sensors that drive innovation in electric vehicles and improve performance.
IoT – The Internet of Things
The Internet of Things (IoT) has become a cornerstone of connecting live information, control mediums, and hubs to wireless devices. CTS crystal solutions minimize current consumption and provide key components for GPS receiver applications in a variety of industries.
Our corporate governance policies and practices are designed to create an environment of effective oversight and strong accountability, which in turn helps to safeguard our reputation and protect the long-term interests of our shareholders, employees, and other stakeholders.
