Multilayer High Temperature Stacks
CTS piezoceramic multilayer actuators are ideal for a wide range of electronic designs requiring precise and fast movement. The high-temperature plate stack actuators are designed to provide low dissipation and homogeneous performance over a wide temperature range. The maximum operating temperature is 200 °C, and combined with low self-heating, these products are a perfect match for applications where high temperature and high frequency is a challenge.
