InSensor™ Thick Films

InSensor™ Thick Films
InSensor™ thick films from CTS are based on our popular Pz26 hard-doped PZT formulation. The material is developed for compatibility with several industry-common substrates including silicon (often used in MEMS-applications), alumina and porous ceramics, upon which it can be deposited via screen printing or pad printing. Single channel transducers, linear arrays and complex layouts can be created through patterning. CTS delivers a complete solution including substrate, piezoelectric film and electrodes.
